Our cooking classes offer a dynamic combination of cooking technique, food history, spicing, garnishing, knife skills (demo only), nutrition and mindful eating practices.
Eating, drinking and socializing are also part of the fun!
We have a gluten-free spin on the farm to table movement. Emphasis is on fresh, local, organic, seasonal foods. (We just don't make wheated things.) We love meat. We love cream. We have a weird obsession with fire. We can accommodate most food sensitivities, but always inquire before registering.
